Sunrise Optical LLC Warranty

Sunrise Optical LLC (later called SOLLC) products are covered by a one-year
warranty based on the date of purchase. Units are warranted against defective
materials or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by
accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, unauthorized product
modification, or other causes not arising from defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty extends only to the original owner of the equipment and is limited to
repair or replacement (at SOLLC's discretion) of any part or parts which are returned
to SOLLC. This warranty shall not apply to any equipment which either (1) had been
shipped from the plant more than one year before becoming defective, or (2) had
been so repaired or altered outside SOLLC's plant as, in the SOLLC's judgement, to
affect its stability. SOLLC reserves the right to make changes or improvements in
design or product without thereby obligating itself to install the same upon its
products previously manufactured.

If a product is not functioning properly, please call at phone number provided on
SOLLC web site to speak to a representative for troubleshooting, repair and/or
replacement information.  Owner MUST receive a RMA number from SOLLC (either
by phone or email) before returning a unit to the warehouse.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTY OR
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR OTHER WARRANTY OR
QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND OF ALL OTHER LIABILITIES
AND OBLIGATIONS ON THE SOLLC'S PART

SOLLC neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any
obligations or liabilities except as herein expressed. SOLLC is not responsible, and
will not beheld liable in contractor intort (including negligence) for special, indirect,
or consequential damages, including injury or damage caused to equipment,
contents, or persons, by reason of the installment of any  SOLLC product or its failure.

PARTS AND LABOR

Any parts of a unit which are repaired or furnished as replacements under terms of the
SOLLC Warranty (except parts which have previously been repaired or furnished as
replacements) will be repaired or replaced by the SOLLC without charge to owner for
materials or labor.

Such Warranty Services will be performed only at the SOLLC's plant during regular
working hours, and will not include shipping or freight charges, overtime, mileage,
telephone calls or telegrams.

WHERE REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY ARE AFFECTED OUTSIDE THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE U.SA., THE OWNER WILL BE CHARGED CUSTOM DUTIES
AND ANY TAXES APPLICABLE TO PARTS AND LABOR ACCORDING TO THE
REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRY WHERE SUCH WARRANTY IS PERFORMED.

The decision of the SOLLC shall be binding on any question in connection with the
application or scope of this warranty.


In Warranty Repair, and Return Procedure

Repair service must be arranged by contacting SOLLC. Customer MUST receive a
RMA number from an agent (either by phone or email) before returning a unit to the
warehouse.  The warranty repair or replacement does not extend duration of the
warranty, and does not change any other terms of warranty.

Out of Warranty Return or Repair Procedure

If a unit is out of warranty or a receipt cannot be found, the unit may be replaced out
of warranty for a service fee subject to a separate agreement.


Shipping to the Service Department

SOLLC cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during incoming shipments. It
is recommended that any product sent to the service department be shipped via
insured, and track-able mail. Send the authorized and specified by RMA product only.
